not complaining. its a fact. Both in TG and AP and any other states. Those hospitals officials dont have any fear. Dorikipoyi suspend ina kooda political connections tho case lekunda bayata padipovachu ani vallaki kooda telusu. so they dont fear doing corruption. System ila vunnantha varaku there will be no use no matter how many social welfare schemes govt introduces. It will be just waste of tax payers money.
