some facts about dallas... ikkada rates ni evvadu em peekaledu... some people here think its because of indians but no. Ikkada last few years nundi chala companies vasthunnai (not tech) ... toyota, state farm, etc..... next up is boeing. Lots and lots of people are moving to dallas metro area to work in these companies and Indians are only a minority. The only reason people think its all because of Indians is because our people talk only to our own people and not much outside. And rendo reason being frisco is  dominated by indians ever since the temple was built and frisco lo prices are very high due to school district.  I dont own a house here because Im not happy with the property taxes.

Dallas lo max 1% more man property taxes compared to national average. so 500k home meeda max tax per year 5k more on average.

wife and husband 200k earning ite they are saving 5% ( most of the states have on average 5% state income tax ) which is 10k.
