Is it mandatory to send eh amendment application to You S See I S atleast 1 day before joining the client? ma mestrhi is very strict on this. my mesthri won't allow to join client w/o sending the application.

Yes mandatory, adhi nike best Bro...otherwise RFE's pade chance untayi....just follow the Employee rules...adhe best.. Even I did the same..

 as per rule book, if the project is more than 3 months then you need to submit amendment. also if the project is with in MSA  then no need of amendment.
