That might also include mental training and being able to focus on the game at a key moment etc. So a coach is very essential, just because he's someone you don't see on the field doesn't mean he's someone that's not significant to the success of the team. Now a days almost all teams have specific coach for each department be it Batting , Bowling, fielding. Quote
