Amendment deny ayite h1 deny ayinatte same process with new work location. Prev approval date kuda varthinchadu kada. U can reapply and try once or leave country or see other options

usually employers put both employer location and client location in each h1b petition so can go back either to the last valid client location or employer location

I think there could be a way to go emp loc, but emp needs to show u r in some project or something and getting paid? check with ur emp on this.
