Just enjoy the leisure time and learn and complete  course certifications (which ever you feel comfortable) and if possible get any online degree. Don't except the results in short time. If you feel very bored at home, try to invest your time in doing part time jobs at Macys, or starbucks, etc. this experince will help you to improve your communication skills.
