Why do u care what they think or feel? FT kanna contractors ki ekkuva vastundi they know it too but aren't we working? ide anthe. Evari payrate valladi dont bother to know their pay rate and u dont have to reveal yours. In my exp chala projects lo nato pani chese vallakanna my pay rate was more i knew it and they knew it too..evadi marketing talent vadidi. This is so very common in consulting.
