DaleSteyn1 Posted June 3, 2017 Report Posted June 3, 2017 గొర్రెల బాధను తెలుసుకునేందుకు.... కాలిఫోర్నియా: మనుషుల్లో బాధను వ్యక్తం చేయడానికి హావభావాలతోపాటు మాటలు ఉంటాయి. మాటలురాని మూగ జంతువులు తాము అనుభవిస్తున్న బాధను ఎలా వ్యక్తం చేస్తాయి? వాటి అరుపులు, ముఖ హావాభావాల్లో వచ్చే తేడాను బట్టి వాటి బాధను అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఇంతవరకు జరుగుతున్నది అదే. గొర్రెలాంటి మూగజీవుల ముఖాల భావాలను బట్టి వాటి శారీరక బాధను గుర్తించేందుకు కాలిఫోర్నియా యూనివర్శిటీకి చెందిన పరిశోధకులు కృత్రిమ మేథస్సును సృష్టించారు. శారీరక బాధను అనుభవిస్తున్నప్పుడు గొర్రె కళ్లు చిన్నగా ముడుచుకుపోతాయి. చెక్కిళ్లు గట్టిగా బిగుసుకుంటాయి. చెవులు ముందుకు ముడుచుకుపోతాయి. పెదవులు కిందకు వచ్చి వెనక్కి బిగుసుకుంటాయి. ముక్కు రంధ్రాలు ‘వీ’ ఆకారంలోకి మారుతాయి. ఈ ఐదు మార్పుల ద్వారా వాటిని బాధను అర్థం చేసుకోవచ్చు. సాధారణ గొర్రె ముఖాలతో ఈ ఐదు రకాల మార్పులను పోల్చి వాటిని బాధను కృత్రిమ మేథస్సు గుర్తిస్తుంటుంది. బాధ తీవ్రతను కూడా తెలియజేయగలదు. కెమేరా ముందు గొర్రె ముఖాలున్నప్పుడు వాటి బాధను ఫొటోల ద్వారా ఏఐ గుర్తించవచ్చు. మరి పక్కకో, వెనక్కో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎలా గుర్తించాలి? అదే అంశంపై ఇప్పుడు పరిశోధకులు దృష్టిని సారించారు. ఈ పరిశోధనల్లో కూడా విజయం సాధిస్తే గొర్రెల బాధను త్వరగా గుర్తించి వాటిని పశువైద్య శాలలకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి వీలవుతుంది.
