tak tht i-20 you will get dl extended till sept30

do you intend to stay on opt even if h1 is approved? 

if answers is no...then u shd take cap gap i-20 know. 

opt EAD process can continue its own course. 

best thing for you to do is... reach out to school. request school for a letter about current situation. school letter istey kuda DL extend chestharu

Depends on state. Konni states receipt notice unte 6-10 months license istunnaru. Konni states(where they give license to illegal immigrants) they give 'special' drivers license for up to 5 years. But this can only be used for driving and not used as ID. If aa state lo aa rule unte, you can try that.
