Evvadu seppadu ? GOvt. is also paying many works in advance. Even paid customs duty for machines brought by foreign company as advance before even doing work on coffer dam.

IT is even paying 70 Crores just to repair that burnt big digger in fire accident month back from triveni earth movers. CBN pays very well but expects timely work. He gifts more money if they complete in target time line. just eg. pattiseema project. paid 200 Cr because they started 3 motors 2 months before time line.
