As far as i know service now / BMC Remedy ivvani dying tools. Naku telisina vallu who are working on these are moving to new tech stack.  Okappudu ivi thope tools and had high billing rates.

servicenow inka market vunda ?

Its good tool but once it is implemented, there is nothing much to do...pretty simple tool and finding a job on servicenow might not be easy

JIRA is for deployments and for  Agile  teams. JIRA lo oka backdrop undi,JIRA lo CMDB attachment undadu , and not as ITSM
