BaabuBangaram Posted June 9, 2017 Report Posted June 9, 2017 2 minutes ago, Android_Halwa said: ఏపీ పవర్ కట్ చేస్తే తెలంగాణకు నష్టమా..? లాభమా..? లోపల భయపడుతూ.. బయటికి గాంభీర్యం ప్రకటిస్తారు.. దీనిని మేకపోతు గాంభీర్యం అంటారు. ఇపుడు ఏపీ సర్కార్ పరిస్థితి అలాగే ఉంది. బకాయిలు చెల్లిస్తారా..? కనెక్షన్ కట్ చేయమంటారా..? అని బెదిరిస్తున్నారు. అటు టీడీపీ నేతలైతే.. కరెంట్ కట్ చేస్తే తెలంగాణ అంధకారం అవుతుందన్న రేంజ్లో కలరింగ్ ఇచ్చేస్తున్నారు. దానికి ఇక్కడి తమ్ముళ్లు భజన పాడుతున్నారు. కానీ తెలంగాణకు పవర్ కట్ చేస్తే లాభం ఎవరికి..? ఏపీకా..? తెలంగాణకా..? ఇదే ముచ్చట కొందరు కరెంట్ పెద్దోళ్లను అడిగితే అసలు విషయం తెలిసింది. ఏపీ కనెక్షన్ కట్ చేసినా.. పెద్దగా ఇబ్బంది లేదట. అసలు ఏపీతో పూర్తిగా కరెంట్ బంధం తెంచుకుంటే తెలంగాణకు ఏడాది వెయ్యి కోట్ల లాభమని చెబుతున్నారు. ఇదెలా అంటారా… అసలు స్టోరీ ఇది. బకాయిలను చెల్లించకపోతే మే 31వ తేదీ నుంచి విద్యుత్ను ఆపేస్తామని తెలియజేస్తూ ఏపీ జెన్కో ఇప్పటికే తెలంగాణకు నోటీసులిచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ డిస్కంలు మొత్తంమీద సుమారు రూ.3,138 కోట్లు ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందని గుర్తు చేసింది. సింగరేణి కాలరీస్కు ఇవ్వాల్సిన మొత్తం కింద రూ.1,360 కోట్లను తెలంగాణ డిస్కంల నుంచి సర్దుబాటు చేస్తామని అధికారికంగా తెలిపినా సింగరేణి అందుకు అంగీకరించడం లేదని ఏపీ జెన్కో ఆ నోటీసులో వెల్లడించింది. బకాయిలు మొత్తం చెల్లించాల్సిందేనని ఏపీ డిమాండ్ చేసినా తెలంగాణ స్పందించలేదు. రాష్ట్ర విభజన నేపథ్యంలో విద్యుత్ పంపిణీపై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాల ప్రకారం బొగ్గు ఆధారిత విద్యుత్ను రెండు రాష్ట్రాలు 46.11 శాతం (ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్), 53.89 శాతం (తెలంగాణ) నిష్పత్తిలో వాడుకోవాల్సి ఉంది. ఈ ప్రకారం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ నుంచి రోజుకు 1,200 మెగావాట్ల విద్యుత్తు తెలంగాణకు వెళ్తోంది. తెలంగాణ నుంచి 800 మెగావాట్ల విద్యుత్తు ఏపీకి వస్తోంది. తెలంగాణకు అదనంగా రోజుకు సుమారు 400 మెగావాట్ల విద్యుత్తు ఏపీ జెన్కో నుంచి అందుతోంది. ఈ అదనపు విద్యుత్తుకు సంబంధించే తెలంగాణ డిస్కంలు సకాలంలో డబ్బు చెల్లించని కారణంగా బకాయి పడింది. అయితే ఏపీ నుంచి కొనుగోలు చేస్తున్న విద్యుత్ అధిక రేటు. సాధారణం కంటే ఎక్కువ చెల్లిస్తుండటంతో నిలిపివేయాలని రఘు లాంటి విద్యుత్ జేఏసీ నేతలు మొదట్నుంచి చెబుతున్నారు. సో దానిని నిలిపివేస్తే ఏడాది వెయ్యి కోట్ల వరకు తెలంగాణ లాభం. ఇపుడు ఆ పని ఏపీనే చేస్తానంటోంది. ఇక ఏపీ విద్యుత్ కట్ చేసిన తెలంగాణకు పోయేదేమీ లేదు.. వర్షాలు పడుతున్నాయి. సాగు ఇంకా ఊపందుకోలేదు. అటు చత్తీస్గడ్ నుంచి విద్యుత్ వస్తోంది. మరోవైపు సెంట్రల్ గ్రిడ్లో బోలెడంత విద్యుత్.. అంటే తెలంగాణ ఎలాంటి నష్టం లేదు. లాభం తప్పా.. ఇక ఏపీలో ఇప్పటికే మిగులు విద్యుత్ ఉంది. వర్షాలతో ఇంకా డిమాండ్ తగ్గింది. ఇపుడు ఈ 400 యూనిట్లు తగ్గిస్తే.. అది భారం తప్ప మరోటి కాదు. ఇలాంటి విషయాలను కూర్చొని మాట్లాడుకుంటే మంచిది కానీ.. ఇలా బెదిరిస్తే ఏం ప్రయోజనం..! facts cheppu man...ila paper cuttings tho pani jaragadhu....chattisgarh nunchi lines vesesara appude i don't know please enlighten me Quote
