check with your employer...if you have duplicate/ scanned copy....

if you need a copy from uscis...you have to file for it through a attorney ....by paying $500 or so...but the process will take about 3 to 6 months of time...depending on the centre you are filing to...

No premium processing... deniki attorney avasaramledu... oka form untadi adi fill chesi pampali...

 

i did that few years back and took me 3 months to get that duplicate document

duplicate i797 copies ki no premium processing....

1 month to 6 months avvachu....to get a duplicate from vermont/ calif centers....

scanned copy should work for stamping and poe....anyways you will other supporting documents....

but i suggest you to file a duplicate through your companies attorney...and then take the duplicate for stamping and tell them you missed the original and filed a duplicate copy ....
