passport expired 4 months ago..

passport expire ayi 4 months authundi.. 01/17 lo expired..but long ago chosukoni 10/17 anukuni apply cheddam ani chosthe 01 ani undi... 

path2usa lo ila ichadu.. letter lo reason em mention cheyali reasonable ga undela? and emanna problem avuthundha??  please let me know

If the passport is expired for less than 6 months a letter is required from the applicant explaining “why the passport was not renewed in required time frame."

normal gaa i94 passport expiry varake kada istharu. confirm gaa check chesuko again.

adi f-1 mida vunte, i-94 expires on the passport expiry date, if it is renewed, then it gets extended indefinetely..

where as for i-94 on h1b, its till h1b validity...but not sure if it is linked to passport expiry or which ever it comes first..

I guess, you should be fine...but, approach attorney and take legal help. DB can't help you much..expire ayi kuda almost 5 months kada..

Initial gaa h1 approval tho vache i94 ki passport ki relation ledu anukunta. But if someone travels abroad, return lo poe daggara passport expiry date ki i94 date ichina cases soosa konni.

Not a very serious thing, apply passport and approach u r regular H1B attorney for more info
