hope you have heard about education cess in india. Money collected as such goes towards Sarva siksha Abhiyan. Centrally sponsored scheme to improve education standards and this fund is now sitting at 30,000 Crores and atleast 10,000 Crores is returned unspent and this money won't be used to any other purpose. So, states have started using these funds to improve educational infrastructure. This is a concept that is going across India including AP.

Caste certificate basis mida school lo admission deny cheyaru and at the same time, caste certificate is mandatory. Andaru submit chestaru. Anthe kani, ie residential schools lo caste certificate basis mida admission deny cheyaru.

Some schools are set up from state funds, some from SSA funds. And some more especially SC/ST/BC residential schools are set up from backward caste development funds which is mostly unspent. So instead of using state's funds, administration uses this unspent Sc/St funds to set up such residential schools. Caste certificate is compulsory in all the govt schools. But based on caste, admission won't be denied in these schools. SC residential school ante that doesn't mean only SC caste people should study. Admission is not denied in such schools based on castes. This is a novel way to spent the unspent money which is ear marked for oppressed class welfare especially primary education.
