I have valid Visa and I94 for 2more months, but I797 expired. Can I enter USA? Extension in process, got RFE. Please shed light on, if you come across similar case or personal experience. Thanks

Simple Question by POE Officer. 

For 2 months stay without any valid extension visa (new I 797) why are you bothered to even come. 

May be experts will have something more to shed on

why don't you come back when it is approved since they will verify that you have a RFE

New approval comes with new I-94 which will be the valid date for both I-94 &797 ...

so you cannot assume that your old i94  is valid...as of today your i94 is the once you got with amendment. wait until your extension is approved and travel back .

i797 and i94 are attached together with same dates.

since sometimes POE lo oka 10 days extra isthadu kada I 797 validity kantee
