however, whichever is latest(i94 with 797 or online i94) is considered as your current valid i94 (based on the date on this i94 your stay in US expires).

In case of TS, its his amendment i94 that is valid.

10 days takkuva istadu as far as i know. Naku ayite takkuva ichadu always.

Agree, but after amendment approved, travel chesa, entered into US . But, I94 exp change avale valid till aug. So, ippudu Visa and I94 aug varaku vunnayi.

my i94 dates were always less than i797 approval dates or approval date matching with visa stamp expiry. Just checked now.

never saw that in my case..but my wife got 10 days extra as she traveled back when her visa expiry was within 2months.(don't know if this makes any sense)
