Yes GC chesthadu after one year. Good place to work for, work konchem appudappud ekkuvundachu depending on the manager as well but overall it's a good employer. There are people that have been working there since 30 years continuously, chala takkuva layoffs untayi. 

But again as I said, your experience might differ based on the manager. 

Work from home options limited kaani, they mostly want people working there Monday to Friday 9-5.
