Does H4 & H4 EAD extension need to file along with H1 ext ??? 

H1 ext employer file chesthadu .... Do they also file H4 and H4EAD also ??

yes, if you apply for your H1B Extension in premium.. H4 and H4-EAD will be included in the premium.

H4 they should and usually will. 

EAD you can file by yourself or file with the same attorney. Attorney fee nuvvu pettukovali emo.
