Non compete agreement lekapote cheppi switch avvachu kada in good terms so that u get experience letter and all. Future lo bg check kuda problem avvadu ? Also, premium ledu ippudu and will take few months for approval so h1 transfer deny ayite issue avvachu as ur new employer might ask u to work on his payroll before approval...think of those logistics before makign a decision. good luck
