i-797 C will be with our employer and will mail us i-797 A . Both C and A will be mailed after approval to our company.

By law i797-A lo bottom part i-94 employer should give to the employee. Top part okate copy unte i797-c lekapote unchukovachu if provided C they should share with applicant.
