World is too small. We may work with same people in different companies and cross paths again..nenu vere client ki work chesinappudu i happened to work with same manager i worked in prev company it was just co-incidence. Btw andariki manager avvalani interest undachu undakapvachu. Some ppl just want to be on technical side and not on management side. Interests different undachu kada . I prefer moving out from client companies in good terms whether i want to work with them or not. Relationship i keep good . Quote
