And the system failed in finals.

I am waiting for someone like Amir who didn't have traditional coaching or played single domestic match before he was drafted for his first match but has all the talent to become world class bowler. As long as we follow this years old system, we will not find anyone like him. 

Why are we afraid to give a chance to player Kuldeep Yadav when we already know Jadeja cannot bat and his bowling average is 50 abroad?

That might be true but the way Pandya was playing atleast we could have taken it closer to them. But Jadeja antha senior player ayyundi ala run ki pilichi out cheyinchatamu not acceptable man.
