it all depends on your choice, per say maa cousin florida lo townhome tesukunnadu for $240k, and mortgage around 1300 kadutunnadu rent chesina ayanki ante padutundii in that case it is a good choice,

my frnds bought house in naperville illinois, even if he doesn't want to stay he can rent it out.

maa dostu valla colleague muslim atanu, he have 2 houses near devon street area. he lives off by the rent when he is in between the projects.

do depends on the place you live in and the income levels you have.

 

my personal choice is to have a tiny house, in an independent property

Illu konadam is your status/financial situation meeda kooda depend. If married, full time and you are almost certain about your stay in that area, go for it. Again you need to do some research about area, housing projects, property growth in recent 2/3 years. 

It's good idea not to waste money on rentals, rather you can build equity with your current Apt Rent + Tax+Insurance+HOA + Maintenance etc. I think you would have already done some research! Desilu fulluga vunna chota konaddhu, oomostaruga vuntey better. So community also matters.

I would prefer to have a single family home and buy it before having kids . That way 7-8 years lo loan kuda clear off Chesi 2nd one kuda konukovachu before kids are in teen age and simultaneously plan for their education as well . Any day own home than rented if me or my spouse one of them has a full time job .
