mouni1 Posted June 21, 2017 Report Posted June 21, 2017 naa friend ki okka immigration issue undi.. can you please provide your inputs: last year India ki stamping (valid till 2019) velli vachadu with his old passport which was valid till May 2017 and i94 stamping passport expiry date varaku icharu POE lo april 2017 lo new passport vachindi (renewal applied in US) kani he forgot that i94 validity was till May 2017 only.. eeroju chusukunte thana i94 expire ayyindi ani telisindi ippudu thanu out of status ani antunnaru.. can he go to Mexico or Canada and re-enter via land to update his i94? It worked for me. Deferred inspection site lo . Inko friend db lo active member same chesadu nuvvu cheppinattu dobbey annadu.. same location malli 1 week taruvaata try chesadu . it worked and the officer was different. Naku telisi chala mandiki extend chesaru DIS lo.. oka 2-3 cases cheyyaledu. Last ki 4 years kid ki kooda cheyyaledu. So, it all depends on the officer. Quote
