roshan2life Posted June 21, 2017 Report Posted June 21, 2017 Hello Frnds, I need some suggestions currently my friends wife in on H4 EAD and working and applied for H1 and which got approved without an I-94 issued as they have travel to India and H1b visa stamping. With their current situation they cannot travel out of USA. Can they change status back to H4? Please help friends. I need some suggestions. Thank you very much! Quote
