My priority date is match 2017 and h1b 6yrs expires in dec 2017? I can still get the extension for 1 year even the PD is less than 1 year? 1 Quote

kreole Posted June 24, 2017 Report Posted June 24, 2017 Approval chances depend on the kind of rfe u got, mostly problem undakoodadhu but reply to the rfe carefully, follow up with your employer and attorney about what they intend to respond to the RFE.. Nee rfe response incomplete ga untey they might send a NOID malli adhoka tension.. Went thru this myself.. Quote
