if it is for investment, why the hell do you want to spend so much of time on building the house knowing you are gonna sell sometime later...at that point, the value of the house will be negligible. 

if you plan to build a house for you and your family to live in, its worth to buy piece of land and build it according to your taste...

community lo konalante 700-900k vunnay , so own build better ani, its for me only and inko 2-3 houses kattinchi ammesthe better kada, exp vasthadi so that real estate loki digachu chinnaga. i am not doing any job now so will spend all the time on it
