Vanalu padite drainage lo padi poyinavallu unnaru even in cities like hyd. Ilanti responsibilty appudu ledu. My best friend's father who is a doctor died in a similar incident. Full rain on a midnight and pedda gunta tavvi vadilesaru for some water pipelines without installing that big pipe. Street lights kuda levu and Car pit lo padi palti kotti car door neck ki tagili he died. This is in 1996. My father fell in a pit during rain time and got knee issues because of that accident. Ivi india lo chala common. My grand father's dog fell in a neighbors bore well and died as it was left open without filling or covering as water padaledu and they left it open. India lo picha common ivi. All these incidents happened in hyd btw so imagine inka enta responsibility undo .

those parents are not in US , they are labour and they have to work in order to get food and basic necessity , it is not like they ignored kids and left them to play , 

accidents happen and you can't control the kids all the time 

i wouldn't blame parents , asalu papam vallu they didn't expect this to happen ,

India lo safe area v/s not safe area ani mark chesi undadhu...like in US...so pilla laku idhi restricted area...idhi safe area ani cheppatam kastam...at least for the people who dont have much awareness or education..,,(dont forget, in India they are th majority)

Also, life style or culture change cheyyatam kuda kastame....so pillalu aadukuntaru bayata (even though its not safe, due to dogs, open bore wells, etc...)

So, it got the to be GOVT's responsibility..,take strict actions on the borewell owner....criminal case is required on the perpetrators.
