when there is a simple solution to cover the borewells and an inexpensive way to avoid such catastrophes, why do you need a machine in the first place ?

I know human life is valuable, one life is priceless, Cost of KTR and CBN publicity is more than such machines...but..lets think of first things first..

if we cover the unused borewells, why do we need a machine ? why do we need to airlift such machines to perform such operations when the borewells are covered ? Such incidents happen may be 1-2 times an year, for such incident, do you think investing so much of money and maintaining them is an idea worth ?

i think borwell need to charge for closing also, gov need to order that or else dont even dig

Borewell lo mostly water untaayi.... unless its dried up... antha chinna kids kachithanga munigipothaaru.... oxygen andhadam kashtam aa machine vachey lopu... only solution is to cover up and many are doing it already..... few lazy b@stards remaining... 

unfortunately it takes few more kids lives to make them realize...
