Its sensible..disaster management anedi vuntadi...but managing 1.3 billion, Is it a joke ? there are bigger problems, and you can;t think of such bore wells left opened ..and just look at the man power used at previous incident..half of the district collectorate was at its highest alert level including district SP, the police boss ..they were trying to save a kid from a borewell, which was left opened by an irresponsible person ...
