Federal ‘OPT’ Program Rewards Companies For Hiring 330,000 Foreign College Grads in 2016

The federal government quietly helped and rewarded companies and universities which hired roughly 330,000 cheap foreign graduates in 2016 instead of hiring American graduates, many of whom are deep in debt.

The little-known “Optional Practical Training” program has grown from 91,140 new foreign job-seekers in 2009 to 329,158 new job-seekers in 2016, according to data provided by the Department of Homeland Security. That is almost a four-fold increase in seven years — and the program is growing even larger in 2017.

There is no cap on the OPT program, which quietly and semi-automatically gives work permits lasting up to three years when requested by foreign students who graduate from U.S. universities and colleges. Companies are not required to even interview Americans before hiring OPT graduates — and they get tax breaks for hiring foreigners over Americans.

  It's no surprise that whatever domestic flight that you now take in the United States, chances are, you are going to have a low tier Indian sitting right next to you who will use his/her primitive habits to disrupt your flight experience. The OPT is the most ridiculous system and has only benefited one type of people: Indians. Indians see the easily exploited holes in our immigration system and have taken advantage of it. It's one thing if we are bringing in a diverse class of foreign people into this country, but when the OPT is primarily exploited by Indians, like the H1bs and student visas are as the author presents the numbers in this article, then there's obviously something wrong. Indians began exploiting the Australian and UK visa system to where it got out of control that the UK and Australian government had to start putting restrictions. The UK has closed work visas for any International students seeking employment after they graduate from a UK university. So now, the Indians found a new target - the USA. With it's broken immigration system, and with a congress that does absolutely nothing to put a halt to this exploitation, a large number of them are coming in large quantities. Many of them are so low tier, that their only aim is to get into a low tier university like Northwestern Polytechnic just for the sake to get that 3 years OPT work authorization. I know a Pakistani guy that graduated from University of Central Florida (a low tier university) and barely passed the Master's program in Computer Science because he was busy getting stoned and partying. He got the automatic OPT and bribed a company to start his green card process immediately because there is no wait time for Pakistani citizens. And now, he's a permanent resident. See how easy that was?
  Obama allowed this madness to go out of control, and I don't think President Trump is going to fix it. USCIS is a joke of an organization where most of its employees are recent immigrants themselves and barely speak English. 
  Indians are coming in large numbers and it's getting out of control. San Francisco has turned into little Calcutta, and when you fly on airlines, all you see are Indians on them now. Furthermore, any national park that you visit, it's inundated with Indian tourists who trash and litter the place because of their primitive habits. Even worse, they are heavy breeders, and begin to start planting anchor babies to get them the coveted Birth Right Citizenship for their kids. Go on a question and answer website like Quora and the majority are questions from Indians asking about immigration questions. 
  America is going down the toilet, and the Indians and Chinese are coming in large numbers thanks to our broken immigration process. If this isn't fixed, expect to see America turn into Banglapore.

Because americans think they are a superior race but actually the companies would rather hire a skilled foreigner as he is better than the american.

Some of the points the latter guy made are indeed very true, although Indians might have a hard time accepting the facts. 

Indians are indeed one of the most racist if not the most racist people on the planet, and this DB is a perfect example of that. Of course some of the rabid dogs are going to start barking once this is mentioned, since they stay true to their rabid nature. And there are plenty of scams originating from India in recent times, the likes that we had never seen in the past e.g, fake IRS calls, Windows virus removal calls etc. So he makes a valid point there.
