TampaChinnodu Posted June 27, 2017 Report Posted June 27, 2017 చర్చకు రాని హెచ్-1బీ వీసా వాషింగ్టన్: భారత్-అమెరికా సంబంధాలపై ప్రభావం చూపే ప్రధాన అంశాల్లో హెచ్-1బీ వీసా ఒకటి. అమెరికా పర్యటనలో భాగంగా ప్రధాని మోదీ ట్రంప్తో భేటీ సందర్భంగా ఈ విషయం చర్చకు వస్తుందని అందరూ భావించారు. అయితే, ఆ అంశం ఏదీ చర్చకు రాకపోవడం గమనార్హం. శ్వేత సౌధానికి అధిపతి ట్రంప్ అధ్యక్ష పగ్గాలు చేపట్టిన తర్వాత అమెరికాలో నివసిస్తున్న భారతీయుల్లో వీసా భయం నెలకొన్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ప్రధాని అమెరికా పర్యటనలో భాగంగా ద్వైపాక్షిక చర్చల్లో ఈ అంశం చర్చకు వస్తుందని అందరూ భావించారు. ఈ చర్చల్లో హెచ్-1బీ వీసాకు సంబంధించిన అంశమేదీ చర్చకు రాలేదని విదేశాంగ కార్యదర్శి ఎస్.జయశంకర్ మీడియాకు వెల్లడించారు. డిజిటల్ భాగస్వామ్యం అంశం గురించి ఇరు దేశాధినేతల మధ్య చర్చ జరిగిందని చెప్పారు. ట్రంప్, మోదీ భేటీ అనంతరం ఇరు దేశాలు సంయుక్తంగా విడుదల చేసిన ప్రకటనలోనూ హెచ్-1బీ వీసా అంశం గురించి ప్రస్తావన లేకపోవడం గమనార్హం.
