Company founded in 1988..still at low price...what are the reasons you think it will go up....check their profits and loss past few years...

DCTH was/is in dilution mode. i was with it since 6 months.  started at .50cents  To 0.015 to 0.22 (out with little profit).  they have recently denied for RS. IMO, they will go one more voting session and will get RH approved , then will come back to lower levels .
