how a person know that in what way he can use that helpline ?

To face those situations you will put all ur efforts..to come over the situation ....and normally we all people do it.  After successful  of face those type of situations  we will  fail  in analyzation of identify our strengths... that was our biggest mistake we re all doing  the same including myself...
