BillMarkSteve Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 07/03/2017: Alert for Foreign Labor Certification Filers: OFLC Released New Prevailing Wage Data Effective 07/01/2017 The OFLC updated 2017 - 2018 Wage Data. Wage data for the July 2017 - June 2018 program year is now available. The effective date is 7/01/2017. Any filing of PWD requests and temporary and permanent labor certification applications must use the new wage data effective July 1, 2017. Employers cannot file labor certification applications, including H-1B Labor Condition Applications (LCA) using the data which they printout out on last Friday or earlier. As people can figure it out, the prevailing wages have gone up for most of the occupations and in most areas. Quote
