My heart says startup but my brain says tech giant.

What are the things you would consider when you have this kind of dilemma?

Depends on background babji...

Kondaru gorrey laga brathukutharu...

Kondaru balayya laga brathukutharu...

So varies...

Startup: you need to work at least 10 to 12 hours per day...you should have more learning and implementation interest.this comes down after 35 for many....if startup clicks you will be a millionaire. 99% startups fail.  salary depends on funds gathered. this will be good for young and dynamic who is not married..

Established: bit safe and relaxed, but no guarantee when they fire you...standard salary,  less work...

For conventional thinkers, going to an  established company makes more sense than later because Already set company provides less number of challenges,  less worry about the future sustenance, more benefits and it is already a brand.

For radical thinkers, going to a start up is  like a platform for them to showcase their abilities, and can also pave the way for  gaining more popularity, more money and profound confidence   only if that  company becomes successful down the line of a few years.

Good points. Are these still valid if we like to take risks and are not afraid of failures?

*=:confidence is what I have been lacking and I think this is right time for me to take the leap and build that confidence.
