Batman_fan Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 My heart says startup but my brain says tech giant. What are the things you would consider when you have this kind of dilemma? Quote
Gentle_Boy Posted July 3, 2017 Report Posted July 3, 2017 Depends on background babji... Kondaru gorrey laga brathukutharu... Kondaru balayya laga brathukutharu... So varies... Quote
Sreeven Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 Startup: you need to work at least 10 to 12 hours per day...you should have more learning and implementation interest.this comes down after 35 for many....if startup clicks you will be a millionaire. 99% startups fail. salary depends on funds gathered. this will be good for young and dynamic who is not married.. Established: bit safe and relaxed, but no guarantee when they fire you...standard salary, less work... Quote
yaman Posted July 4, 2017 Report Posted July 4, 2017 For conventional thinkers, going to an established company makes more sense than later because Already set company provides less number of challenges, less worry about the future sustenance, more benefits and it is already a brand. For radical thinkers, going to a start up is like a platform for them to showcase their abilities, and can also pave the way for gaining more popularity, more money and profound confidence only if that company becomes successful down the line of a few years.
