I think avg US doctor earns around 250 to 300 bottom guys , upper guys goes around 400 to 500 

I have two cousins , one works in hospital only 20 days per month  he says he is making around 450 and takes 8 days off 

He goes for vacation every month , spends time in nice locations and visited 4 to 5 countries, he is 33 now 

other guy is cardiology who works 4 weeks but weekend off , he is making around 500 to 600 he is 35

U got very wrong impressions on doctors. I know people who are still under 30's working in USA as  doctors enjoying there lives as much as WE so called software engineers do. The hardwork they put in to go to USA is unmatchable compared to software guys like me. I have seen many of them studying 18 hours everyday for more than 6 months just to crack 3 steps of USMLE.
