I tried lot of shampoos before..After a suggestion from my colleague..I tried the below one..Naaku baga pani chesindhiii for dandruff..

 Dandruff life long untundhi manam just effect minimize cheyyadaniki shampoos and other stuff vadutham. ippudu oka shampoo pani cheyacchu but after 6 months body daniki alavatu ayyi effect undadhu.

ask a dermatologist if there is permanent cure for dandruff, he would say no.
