yes it is disease ani reply evadaniki nenu question adagaledu...it was a statement in my first post...so nenu cheptunna nuvu vinnu it is a disease. 

so since 4 yrs u r using apple cider vinegar?  instructions enti...vinegar along with rice nenu bottles ni clean cheyadaniki vadutha

I give up if u think u know better man . I know it's a disease since 25 years  . Took many medications and gave up .using vinegar since 25 years at least . Not just me all my family members who has dandruff use it . Apply to scalp and take shower after 15 mins . Niku vinegar use chestarane teledu and u asking me to listen u is funny man . I will do what I am doing so chill  

ppl who want to use vinegar don't regularly use it after it is in control . Control ayyaka once in a month ala use chestu unte ph balance ki enough .

inthaki em vinegar vadali...ela vadali...i shampoo my hair everyday and oka roju shampoo cheykapoina mellaga dandruf start avtundi..

Just apply to scalp before you shower . Oka 15 mins scalp ki unchukoni take shower with shampoo regularly . Oka 4 weekends lo mostly control avutundi a taruvata monthly once or twice a month cheyandi just to keep it in control . I almost don't have it from 4-5 years so just to make sure it won't come back appudappudu I use it . 

Some people dilute vinegar with water and apply but strong effect undalani I don't .

mamulu vinegar smells very bad so apple cider vinegar is better than that though it smells as well .
