Day 7 -- went to other mall (July long weekend Finish line) bought same shoe and size for $52.00 

Day 9 -- went back to Rack room shoes still the shoe cost is 110$..

ikkada retail prices are decided by company not the brand

same with petrol prices... store owner decides how much he wants to price it

some stores have policy to refund you the extra amount if you show proof.

same store lo rate drop ayina they will refund (for couple of weeks)
