Nani gets US Visa... goes to US .. says to Niveda he will be back after MS..

but Nani never goes back to India for about 3 years coz of visa issues

Niveda meanwhile marries a H1B guy and comes to US.. 

H1B guy works in same city as Nani... Nani meets Niveda who is on H4 EAD...helps her get job in his company.. both do Bumchik during lunch time . @Odale sees this and informs to Niveda's husband.. 

Nani convinces Niveda's husband by saying some biscuit story ... Nani does daily bumchik during lunch times.... the husband finally leaves them and goes to a different country ...
