No that's not possible.

If u want to talk to your friend u need to call him/her. Even tough u store info about what to talk in your mind u still need to make a call to talk to him/her. Unless he/she meets you in person that's offline.

You can do some stuff offline too, like you can download google maps of your an area. Once u downloaded u don't need internet to use maps for that area.

I don't know whether I used correct analogy or not but hope it helps u understand.

Maps is not a correct analogy bro. It uses altogether different technology called GPS. you cannot load route in offline but able to navigate through the google maps and locate yourself in the maps with the gps signal which has nothing to do whether we are online or offline

True, GPS has role in navigation.

But I am talking about offline maps. As far as my understanding goes, we can download google maps for a specific area then we can use it offline too.
