Yeah baldness anedii oka recessive gene which is gender specific. So baldness has two traits one is dominant and other is recessive gene. so men lo oka recessive gene vunna baldness express avtadii. But women to matram two recessive genes vundali to express baldness which is very rare for women.

per say B is a dominant trait 

b is a recessive gene

since humans have 2 sets 

BB- give no baldness in both men and women 

Bb- gives baldness in men, none in women 

bb- gives Both men and women baldness.

and it all depends on the paternal side and maternal side of the family how the genes get transferred.
