Are employers accepting H4 Ead's

Hi,

 

I am on H4 EAD and I've been searching since past 5 months for a job. I wanted to know if employers are accepting H4 EAD visas anymore? CHala mandi vendors up front chepthunaru, No H4 EADs ani. Anybody else or someone you know going through the same problem?

No only GC EAD

vendors aputhunnaremo but not clients.... if you have real time exp go for FT's.. recent ga naaku telisina vallu FT lo join ayyaru H4 EAD tho..

I just have 3 years of real time experience . FT jobs ki apply chesthunnanu, asalu evaru respond avadam ledu

Not an EAD problem... ee madhya profiles Anne referrals tho full avuhunnayu... apply chese mundu aa company lo evvaranna telisina vallu vunte valla cheyha refer cheyunchuko... interview call vastundi tharuvata nee talent.. ATB

I was on H1 B before, I had to change to H4 because of a kid. I feel that was the worst decision I made

naku telisina vallu kuda trying for job both ft and contracting .... but same problem, not working out...

Everyone blames it..but no one is accepting H4 EAD's. Only GC's & USC's...Referrals for H1.

Job market is like that I guess; I have a GC ead and marketing with 3 yrs of experience(1 year ee undhi actually experience) applied around 400 FTs oka interview kuda raledhu.. and contracting market is like people collecting resumes and details for time pass
