Hello Brothers

H1B 6 years ayindi. monna June lo extension ki apply cheysinaru with I140. License also expired. When I went to License office valu SAVE  department nunchi letter tesuoki ravali annaru. aa Save vadu emo ippudu after 1 month today replying till my H1B petition is approved they can't give letter ani.. H1B 6 months paina avutundi ra antey they are not understanding. what to do.??

Can't generalize..state to state varies.. which state u r at?

Eh state bhayya needhi? Konni states lo H1B pending unde, they give license for 6-8 months. You have to request them. Konni DMV sites lo SAVE verification form untadhi. See if you can submit a request there.

 

Second option: Konni states lo undocumented workers ki drivers license istaru. See if you can get that. But it cannot be used as ID proof. So you have to carry passport, H1B receipt with you just in case.

Kansas State..  Adey konni states lo undi.. even Kansas lo ma friend's ki ichinaru.. but vadu naakey ee qns asking..
