I have deleted the mention of the person from the post. I was not anticipating a reach for this post beyond my immediate circle.

I just conducted a skype interview for an opening I had for J2EE, Microservices and AWS. The person didn't have a Linked In profile mentioned. From the outset, there was a lag between the video and audio. Despite a redial, the audio was echoing and was not in sync with his lips. It sounded like the audio was from a mobile phone on speaker. I asked him a couple of queries about the previous round of interview and he lost his tongue. I confronted him and told him that I am not comfortable taking this forward as it was evident that he was lip-syncing. Immediately I heard three beeps, as the person on mobile hung up. I terminated the interview, and blocked the person. A word for those of you conducting interviews remotely : Always do a skype video call and insist that the audio quality is good and in sync with the video. For those of you giving interviews honestly, on Skype : make sure you have a good quality connection. It is not too much to ask in the US, as you have free wi-fi even in Mc Donald's. For those of you giving fraud interviews : You are going to end up in a place where you would not be able to sustain yourself. So please focus your energies on upgrading your skills than embark on pursuits to defraud your potential employer.

Endho e racha :o asale jobs ravatledu ante

Not getting jobs is not at all proportional to taking frozy calls. Just to ring your mind here try to be a leading example rather than dwelling your senses in this useless crappy that too in the time and age of trumf.
