Mastaru nenu mee kasthalanu takkuva cheyatam ledu , but I was in a worse position than you in my past , came out of it somehow by gods grace , 

no job is trivial , I know it may bring worthlessness , but think that you can only go up from now , try to find some job , at least a temp one etc  , that may give you some confidence booster

Your health issues look like they can be treated , all you need to do is to find out ways how you can get them treated with the options you have now , do it step by step , start slowly to improve , it will make a big difference in some time

Divorce is not only brutal during the time you entertain those thoughts of separation , but it is also tough going through it and it takes a great deal of courage to be the same person after divorce , it will change most people and most people under estimate it , that does not mean you should go though it alone , find ways to see if any of your issues with spouse can be resolved by you , if not by you , then see if they can be resolved by your parents etc , no shame in taking help from parents , after all family will know once you file for divorce anyway

Suicide is probably the worst option you can choose , as I said earlier , if you feel you have hit rock bottom then it only means you can go up , time heals most of the things , so gather your courage and wait for your good time , I'm sure it is waiting for you in your future
