Can I sue them in small claims court ?

Today I went to a hair salon to have a hair cut and told the hair stylist that I need hair cut in specific style. In-fact they (hair salon) carry a book of different hair styles. I choose one of them and told her the kind of hair style I needed. Even I told her that on the sides use #1 and on the top use #2. After all these showing the pictures from the book and telling the number also I don't know what came into her mind, she just shaved everything without even asking me and in the middle I had to call another hair stylist to fix it since she already messed it up horribly . (Dippa cutting kottesindi). Now I feel disgusting, angry and annoyed. To hide this hairstyle I even had to force myself to buy a cap and don't even know if I can go to office on Monday with this hairstyle. I've the receipt as proof of payment. Can I sue them for their negligence and ask for damages ? Please this is a very different scenario and situation. If I can sue or not pls share your valuable advises. Also did anyone filed a claim in small claims court tell me the procedure. Thank you all.

what were you doing when she is doing the other way man,,,,you should have called out, thats your problem, any communication problems for you ??
